1. Who We Are
Quantiva Financial Consultancy Services Private Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of India and headquartered in Bangalore, Karnataka. We provide unsecured loan settlement, borrower protection, and anti-harassment legal services across India.
We are expanding our network through a franchisee model and invite interested candidates to apply. This Privacy Policy applies to all individuals who enquire about or apply for our franchisee partnership ('you' or 'Franchisee Candidate').
2. What Information We Collect
When you enquire about or apply for a our franchise — whether through a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad form, our website, email, or phone — we collect the following:
2.1 Information you give us directly
- Full name
- Mobile number and email address
- City and district you are based in or intend to operate from
- Current or previous profession and years of experience
- Self-declared investment capacity
- Community affiliations and professional network (e.g., banking contacts, business community connections)
- Any other information you choose to share during the evaluation process
2.2 Information collected automatically (via our website or Meta ads)
- IP address and browser/device type
- How you arrived at our page (referring URL)
- Basic interaction data with our website or ad (e.g., form submission timestamp)
2.3 What we do NOT collect at the application stage
We do not collect the following from Franchisee Candidates at the enquiry or application stage:
- Bank account numbers, credit/debit card details, or any financial account information
- Aadhaar number, PAN, or other government ID numbers (these are collected only if you proceed to sign a Franchise Agreement, under separate consent)
- Biometric data
- Health or medical information
- Data from anyone under the age of 18
3. Why We Collect This Information
We collect your information solely to:
- Assess whether you meet the eligibility criteria for the relevant franchise model (Satellite Office or Full Office)
- Contact you to discuss the franchise opportunity, answer your questions, and schedule calls or presentations
- Evaluate your territory, professional background, financial readiness, and local network suitability
- Prepare and execute a Franchise Agreement if you are selected
- Comply with applicable Indian law and Meta's advertising policies
- Maintain internal records of enquiries and decisions for audit and legal purposes
We will not use your information for any other purpose without first asking for your separate consent.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following bases under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA):
- Consent — you give us consent when you submit an enquiry form or lead form. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 8).
- Pre-contractual steps — processing necessary to evaluate your candidacy and, if applicable, prepare a Franchise Agreement at your request.
- Legal obligation — where we are required to process or retain data under Indian law.
5. How We Use Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
We advertise our franchisee opportunity on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). If you submit a form through one of our Meta Lead Ads, the following applies:
- Our ads are classified under the 'Financial and Insurance Products and Services' Special Ad Category as required by Meta's advertising policies for India (effective July 31, 2025). This means we target only individuals aged 18 and above and comply with all associated restrictions.
- Our Lead Ad forms collect only basic contact and professional information as listed in Section 2.1. We do not use Meta Lead Ad forms to collect sensitive financial information such as bank account or card numbers.
- The data you submit through a Meta Lead Ad form is used only for franchisee candidate evaluation — the purpose stated in the form. We do not use it for any other purpose.
- A link to this Privacy Policy is displayed on every Lead Ad form before you submit.
- We retain a record of your consent (form submission timestamp) as required by law.
Meta Platforms, Inc. operates its own platform under its own Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for how Meta processes data related to your general use of Facebook or Instagram. For Meta's data practices, please visit facebook.com/privacy/policy.
6. Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only as follows:
6.1 Within our company
Your information may be used by Quantiva Financial Consultancy Services Private Limited for the purpose of evaluating your candidacy.
6.2 Service providers
We use third-party tools such as CRM software, email platforms, and cloud storage. These providers process your data only on our instructions and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes.
6.3 Legal requirements
We may disclose your information to courts, regulators, or law enforcement agencies where required by law, including to the Data Protection Board of India.
6.4 Business transfers
If Quantiva is involved in a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, which will be required to honour this Privacy Policy.
6.5 No cross-border transfers
We do not transfer your personal data outside India. If this changes, we will inform you and comply with applicable cross-border transfer requirements under the DPDPA, 2023.
7. How Long We Keep Your Information
- If you enquire but do not proceed: We retain your data for 12 months from your last interaction, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
- If you are evaluated but not selected: We may retain your data for 24 months from the date of our decision as per applicable Indian Government DPDP Act.
- If you sign a Franchise Agreement: We retain all relevant data for the duration of the agreement and for 7 years after it ends, as required by Indian law.
- Consent records and call recordings: Retained for 7 years for legal compliance.
After these periods, your data is securely deleted.
8. Your Rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the following rights:
- Right to Access — you can ask us what personal data we hold about you and why.
- Right to Correction — you can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Right to Erasure — you can ask us to delete your data when it is no longer needed for the purpose it was collected.
- Right to Withdraw Consent — you can withdraw your consent to our processing at any time. This will not affect anything we did before you withdrew consent. Once you withdraw, we will stop processing and delete your data (subject to any legal retention requirements).
- Right to Grievance Redressal — you can raise a complaint with us and, if unsatisfied, escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.
- Right to Nominate — you may nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity.

9. How We Protect Your Information
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your personal data, including:
- Access is limited to authorised personnel only, on a need-to-know basis
- Data in transit is encrypted using industry-standard protocols
- CRM systems are configured to prevent unauthorised bulk export of candidate data
- Data received via Meta Lead Ads is transferred securely through Meta's API directly into our CRM
- If a data breach occurs that affects your rights, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and inform you as required by law.
10. Children
Our franchisee program is open only to adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us immediately at vipin@resolve360.in and we will delete it.
11. Cookies
Our website may use cookies and tracking tools (including the Meta Pixel) to measure the performance of our advertising and improve the website experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of the website work.
12. Automated Decision-Making
We do not make final franchise eligibility decisions through automated processing alone. All decisions involve human review by our team.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top. If the changes are material, we will notify active candidates by email or WhatsApp. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
14. Governing Law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
